Jesus Is Dead
Jesus died,
He died on the the Cross
A death that must be
So we will live
Though He didn’t deserve
He accepted the cup
Out of His love
For you and for me

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
